1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77nd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 77nd website available at https://77nd.app and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through or in connection with the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 77nd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

77nd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that users review these Terms periodically for any updates.

3Eligibility

Use of the 77nd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77nd operates on a strict 21+ minimum age policy. We do not accept registrations from any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or automated system.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform and are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77nd.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• You have provided accurate, current, and complete registration information and will promptly update such information if it changes.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

77nd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported channels for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank net-banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits displayed at the time of deposit. 77nd reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance before processing. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal. 77nd may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests at any time.
• Deposits must not be made from payment accounts held in the name of a third party. Any funds received from unverified or third-party sources may be voided and returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

77nd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment service provider.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77nd Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective software providers. 77nd does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded on the Platform's server, the server-side record shall be treated as definitive.
• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 77nd will not reverse, void, or refund wagers that have been accepted and processed, except in the case of a verified technical error on the part of the Platform.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own set of rules governing void bets, suspended markets, ante-post settlement, and in-play bet acceptance. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

9Responsible Gaming

77nd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders that trigger after a specified duration of continuous play, prompting a break from gaming activity.
• Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account is locked for gaming activity. The time-out cannot be reversed before expiry.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their account and exclude themselves from the Platform may contact [email protected]. Permanent exclusions are irreversible. 77nd will take all reasonable steps to honour a self-exclusion request promptly.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77nd, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your inability to access or use the Platform at any given time.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 77nd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to properly secure their account credentials, leading to unauthorised access by a third party.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game display, odds presentation, or balance calculations that are promptly corrected once identified by 77nd's technical team.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 77nd operates. Nothing in this clause restricts any right you may have as a consumer under the laws of the country in which you are resident.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 77nd, the Player should first contact the 77nd support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint. 77nd will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, the dispute may be referred to formal mediation or arbitration as determined by applicable law.
